Temple of Ananke
Synopsis
Tasuil tags along to see what all this is about and help out. After each boss kill he absorbs more and more of Maelforge's soul until it consumes him. You end up having to kill Tasuil on the last boss. Since he's a dragon he doesn't exactly die, but his soul gets put in a soul jar mixed with the soul of Maelforge, where he's going to need to work hard to maintain control. Expect to see Tasuil with Maelforge's soul power in the future. Maybe near future, maybe distant future.

Entrance
Ananke: When the beast descended from the heavens, the dragon, that great old serpent Maelforge, gave it his power, and his seat, and great authority.
Ananke: And the Aliviax worshiped the dragon which gave power unto the beast; and they worshiped the beast, saying, "When the start that falls upon Telara, who is able to make war with the newborn beast?"

Tasuil: Ascended! Wait up! I'm glad that I found you.
Tasuil: The Telaran Expedition at Alittu heard that you were going to try to stop that fiend, Ananke, from fulfilling this prophecy.
Tasuil: The throught that you could use some help, especially if Anankeis this "Beast From the Heavens."
Tasuil: Though honestly, this phrophecy stuff makes my head hurt thinking about it.
On 3rd trash pack
Tasuil: The mages seem to think that I have some special power against Ananke.
Tasuil: Maybe against all Tenebreans? It might not just be me, maybe it's all dragons? They weren't really clear.
Tasuil: But I was the only one they could study up close. So I thought I should come along with you.
Tasuil: We don't want Maelforge's power to go into the Beast That Descended From Heaven.
On Gristlespitt
Tasuil: Who is this guy? He looks drunk. Maybe we should just leave him alone and lit him sleep it off?
Gristlespitt: Who that? Mortals? Mortals and dragon?
Gristlespitt: They... They chained me out here!
Gristlespitt: Are you vermin come to pick clean my bones?
Gristlespitt: Come closer mortal. Come at me!
Tasuil: Ascended, my Faerie circle will free you from his spittle!
Tasuil: Grab a barrel of Rot Wine! It's what he really wants!
Gristlespitt prepares to charge %name%
Gristlespitt begins to growl angrily
Gristlespitt: Bleed for me mortal!
On killing someone: Gristlespit: Fresh blood for Rot Wine!
On boss death: Gristlespitt: They, want leave me out. I want... see Beast of Prophecy.
Tasuil: What is this? It's a shard from Mount Pyre.
Tasuil: It's singing. Is this Maelforge's power?
Tasuil: Ahhhhhhh! It burns! Get it off! Get it off!

(Note: After the shard attacks Tasuil he has a serious attitude change.)
Tasuil: Lets go Ascended. Lets leave that drunk in the ditch.
Tasuil: They obviously chained him up because he was useless.

Killthraxus Engaged
Tasuil: The guy on the pillar is obviously the only one worthwhile.

Killthraxus: The Beast did watch from afar and deep within its bosom did sin take root, jealousy of the Ascended, hatred for the mortal race. Revelations of Ananke 2:25.
On Death: Killthraxus: And those that did speak these truths shall perish, but from their defeat did blossom a red flower named hatred, and the Beast did drink deeply of its nectar. Revelations of-
(Another shard drops after the second boss. Tasuil's attitude changes further.)
Tasuil: I have had enough of your needling! Die like the insects you are!
Tasuil: It took you long enough. I thought he would never shut up. Hurry up and loot his stuff.
Tasuil: What's this? Another crystal of power?
Tasuil: Why didn't I come here sooner? Spending all that time with those pathetic flora animals.
Tasuil: The trash devils don't even attack me anymore. Good.
Tasuil: You can deal with them, it's beneath me. I have more important things to do.
Tasuil: Oh! Yes... I feel amazing.
Tasuil: Are we ready? I can't wait for you anymore!
Lord Draveneaux Engaged
Tasuil: Useless! I'll do it myself. I don't need you anyway!
Lord Draveneaux: Like a new born babe into my trap.
Lord Draveneaux: So little one, you get a little power and think you are a god?
Tasuil: What are you waiting for? Free me!
Tasuil: Or kill him. Or both! Why did I even bring you?
Lord Draveneaux: Phyrom! Vortalon! Your master calls! Help me kill these pests!
Lord Draveneaux: We have new dragon for our Alaviaxian flight.
Lord Draveneaux: No, little Ascended, you cannot hurt me. My Volcanic Aspirator protects me.
Lord Draveneaux: Throw yourself against my Infernal Bulwark, your friend will break before it does.
Vortalon: Coddled! A pet drake of the mortals!
Lord Draveneaux prepares to break Tasuil.
Phyrom: Submit to Draveneaux and join in battle!
Tasuil: Break soon little one. Vortalon's breath is hotter than the infernal forges of Ashenfell!
Tasuil: I'm going to rip you apart!
Tasuil: The pain will be eternal, embrace it. You haven't the flames of Vortalon, how do you hope to escape?
Phyton: Give up brother! Submit!
Lord Draveneaux: Phyton! Vortalon! Focus your attacks. Kill the mortals while I break the little one.
Tasuil: He was mine! That was my kill!
Vortalon: The little one is free-
Tasuil: I'll kill you instead! Stupid, weak Red Flight!
Vortalon: How? The prophecy-
Phyrom: The prophecy is fulfilled.
(Another power crystal appears)
Phyrom: Ananke has revealed the truth of Aia!
Tasuil: Coward! How dare you flee from me!
Tasuil: The Alaviax, you dragons of the Red Flight, I will come for you all!
Tasuil: Ashenfell will be a graveyard when I am done with it!
Tasuil: Don't let that happen again. I'm done with all that forgiveness nonsense.
Tasuil: Never forget who is the king dragon and who is the convenient meat-shield.
Ananke Engaged for Maelfurnus
Ananke: The Beast descended upon the Temple of Ananke, and he was transformed.
Ananke: Where once was virtue, only sin remained.
Ananke: The mortal Ascended looked upon him with disdain, for he had abandoned them.
Tasuil: What are you talking about you stupid old devil?
Tasuil: I am the pride of the Ascended! The crown prince of Telara.
Tasuil: These fools march out to die to further my glory!
Tasuil: Tell her I'm right Ascended.
Tasuil: Ascended? Go on, tell her.
Tasuil: TELL HER!
Tasuil: Fine. We destroy this power of Maelforge and then we're done.
Ananke: And the Ascended did deny knowing the Beast three times.
Ananke: And they marked him not, for he had abandoned them.
Tasuil: Quiet devil! Just show us where you've hidden Maelforge's power!
Tasuil: I don't even know why we're worried, he got killed ages ago.
Tasuil: It's not like he was even that powerful compared to what we've fought recently.
(Maelfernus released)
Ananke: And the Beast beheld Maelfernus, the soul of Maelforge made manifest.
Ananke: And the Beast was unafraid. And from this arrogance, he fell!

Tasuil: This is what it's all been about?
Tasuil: Some burning goo?
Tasuil: This is beneath me.
Tasuil: You can deal with this garbage.
Face a dragon's unbridled wrath!
Tasuil: Disintegrate!

Tasuil: Perish!
Maelfernus' death: Tasuil: I hear the soul calling!
(Tasuil runs off.)
Tasuil: The power is- incredible!
Tasuil: That withered husk the Ascended killed in Carcera was but a fragment.
Tasuil: This power is mine now! It has always been mine!
Ananke: And the Beast embraced his destiny, and abandoned the heavens for the power of Flame.
Tasuil: UNLIMITED POWER!
Ananke and Maelderoth fight
Ananke: The Ascended turned upon the Beast who abandoned the mantle of Tasuil.
Ananke: They were the first of the Ascended to fall to the new Lord of Flame, Maelderoth.
Maelderoth: I am beyond you now Ascended.
Maelderoth: I am Maelderoth, the New Star.
Maelderoth: I will bring an end to Telara and the Vigil.
Maelderoth: But first, I will kill you.
Maelderoth: I will render your soul to ash!
Maelderoth: Feel the power of the god of hellfire!
Ananke: The Oracle of the Alaviax spewed forth the corruption of flame, and the Beast known as Maelderoth drank deeply.
Ananke: And the stars fell upon the Ascended, consuming them with their sin!
On Ananke Death: Ananke: No! I see once more! An ascended Creation-
...time passes...
Tasuil: I am myself once more. I am Tasuil.
Tasuil: And I am devastated. Ascended, I must apologize to you, to all of you.
Tasuil: I was horrible. I was-
Tasuil: This was the prophecy wasn't it. A warning of what I might become.
Tasuil: This thing, this soul of flame, it's a part of me now isn't it?
Tasuil: I will have to learn to master it every day, or become what we all hate.
Tasuil: Thank you for saving me from Ananke, from this dire Fate.
Tasuil: I am eternally in your debt.
